Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development / Partnerships Lead to grow ROZOR’s commercial footprint and establish high-impact partnerships across healthcare, logistics, retail, and facility services.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and demonstrating the value that ROZOR robots bring to operational efficiency, safety, and service delivery.

Your work directly shapes how and where ROZOR robots are deployed, ensuring successful market expansion and strategic alignment with key industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop partnerships with hospitals, malls, airports, logistics providers, and commercial facility operators
  • Drive the full business development lifecycle: prospecting, outreach, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing
  • Conduct needs assessments and propose ROZOR robot solutions tailored to customer requirements
  • Lead product demos, pilot programs, and on-site evaluations of ROZOR robots
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align customer feedback with roadmap priorities
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and partnership agreements
  • Build long-term relationships with service providers, distributors, and ecosystem partners
  • Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and emerging opportunities
  • Support key customers during deployment planning and early-stage operations
  • Represent ROZOR at conferences, trade shows, and strategic events

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales
  • Experience selling technology, robotics, SaaS, or automation products
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand technical capabilities of ROZOR robots and translate them into customer value
  • Proven track record of closing deals or building partnerships
  • Strong presentation skills, both in-person and virtual
  • Comfortable engaging with executives, facility operators, and technical stakeholders
