Job Description:
We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer for Robotics Interfaces to develop LLM-powered tools and conversational interfaces that enhance how humans interact with ROZOR robots and cloud dashboards.
You will work on natural language command parsing, AI-driven operator assistants, intelligent robot configuration workflows, and generative interfaces that simplify fleet management.
Your work will directly impact usability, accessibility, and operator efficiency—allowing users to interact with ROZOR robots through intuitive, AI-enhanced interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Develop LLM-based interfaces for commanding, configuring, and monitoring ROZOR robots
- Build natural language understanding systems for mission creation, troubleshooting, and robot behavior editing
- Design AI assistants that support deployment, diagnostics, fleet management, and operator workflows
- Integrate generative AI features into cloud dashboards, mobile apps, and robot control tools
- Implement conversational agents capable of interpreting user intent and generating safe robot actions
- Work closely with cloud, autonomy, and product teams to define generative AI use cases
- Fine-tune or adapt LLMs for robotics-specific tasks, terminology, and environments
- Ensure AI outputs are safe, verifiable, and aligned with robot safety constraints
- Build evaluation datasets and testing frameworks for LLM behaviors
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, NLP, or related field
- Strong experience working with large language models (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Llama, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML/NLP frameworks
- Experience designing conversational interfaces, agents, or LLM-based workflows
- Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, and retrieval-Augmented generation (RAG)
- Ability to integrate AI systems into production software stacks
- Strong software engineering, debugging, and testing skills
